Configuring your VoIP phone number
With the transition to the new phone system you would have received an email with the following title: Welcome to BroadConnect
It would look something like the following (click on the picture for more details – opens in a new window):

The first step would be to set your password by clicking the link within the email:
This will open up the following window in your browser:
Create your new password:
Once this is complete, you can log into your UofT VoIP account and set your options using the URL below:
When you have set your options, the following sites provide instructional videos and tutorials to help you learn about your new phone account and the related programs and hardware available.
